anw it was held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel and the theme was 'Live From The Red Carpet'.

wanted to rent a limo but was too ex but was glad that we didnt because nobody actually really notice if u come in a damn funky limo or a yellow taxi.

so there u have it. too bad i didnt go to the after party, i'm too much of a good girl.ha

Kays, Let me save this dying blog.
Actually Kind of miss m5 already.
Although we weren't well bonded, but we dun hate each other.
It's good environment to study too.

Well my current class alot of problem which I seem to be only thinking about at this point of time.
Perhaps my perception of JC isn't accurate at all. Especially in my situation.
Being in the best class isn't always good.
Plenty of muggers, Plenty of slackers ( Mixed Class of 3h2 n 4h2)
I am non of them. Deviating from them already.
Even though I'm still with Jm n Yl, but they have their own clique already.
After a serious analysis with my PW mates we came to the conclusion that actually is cuz we just are not caring or understanding enough, causing such internal conflicks.
How i envied the past.

I didn't like one girl since PAE, i guess some of them know her and hate her as well.
She got one bossy attitude and the heck care feeling~
Showed no respect to us yet kind of act cute.
Most people felt the same way. Ya
I guess it's alrite.
Just hope my class can be at least like M5.

Ouh well. There's one good thing about our class though,
PW.
We get all the best students for our PW group.
Our group is like no conflict one. And we kind of bonded. Although we are from different cliques.
Currently im staying over at my member's hse for PW.
But we didn't really do PW. We gossip alot haha and had our night walk around the neighbourhood. But when it comes to discussion we can produce results.
We use half the effort of another group to produce similar marks. ya

And JC is a good place to find boyfriend. Although not much handsome guys in IJ.
But Im attached already ya.

THIS OUTING IS CONFIRMED.

I know just recently we had something similar to Seoul Garden, which is having a BBQ at ECP! Then why choose Seoul Garden , some of you might ask. It's because of Chew Chu Phu and Chong Li Shan. They will be back from Australia by then and will be attending this outing. And Seoul Garden( alil more high-class) is the very least we can do to celebrate their return.
Anyway, I know the cost might be alil pricey. So for those of you who find it expensive, maybe you can find CCP! He WANTS this outing, so maybe he can subsidise you.

Class Outing

I choose this date as most people are free. Only those from IJ unfortunately will be having youth day holiday on the 7th which I don't know why. And 5th and 6th I going Batam so cannot. So i choose this day. Any objections?
To accomodate those studying in IJ... I thought 6pm would be preferable since we will end school by then.

IJC Adventure Camp.

Hi everyone, I'm here to share about IJC de Adventure Camp ^^.

Camp Endeavour 2008 as they call it was really a successful one.
Not only was it enriching, it was also a nice new experience for most of us who are in IJ.
Remember that in Secondary 2 we went to Malaysia for our NYAA camp?
Our adventure camp was held at the exact same place. And we had to climb that exact same leech-filled hill, Gunang Panti.
However we went to more places than just the hill.
We went to the waterfall... which we didn't really see.. we just played with the water; the muddy water LOL.
And we learnt Kayaking! WOots. I love water sports... all kinds of water sports. Moving on water just seemed so fun. We saw fireflies... my first time seeing fireflies.
We did the low elements in the adventure camp itself... only they've added alot more than 3 years ago.
Climbing Panti seemed easier. I wonder if the PE in Innova really worked out.Even though we didn't really go to the submit and sleep, but it's fun. I still felt that going up and down in one day would be more preferable. they spent half a day packing the things needed to live there one day and we still came down on the same day itself. weird. ANyway i didn't kena leech this time !!! Woots.
The most interesting thing was the mass diarrhea one the 1st day. The egg in our lunch was like bad already. So all of them kena diarrhea. All the toilets were filled with faeces. Ewwww... and we nid live there for like 3 nights. LOL.
Well.. this summarises most of it. It's a nice experience la...very enjoyable.

Personally I think this is a great exposure for many, and I would gladly want to go if not for my school's College day. Nevertheless, I do hope some of you could go and support TJC , which is Hong Lii's School. Anyway this is a carnival, so it'll be fun. Moreover, it's at night. I'm sure many would be able to make it. Anyway I couldn't try to make this like a class outing though.. Cuz most might be reluctant to go due to the distance. It would be great if it was a class outing.. It's been quite a long time since we last met or see each other.
Misses!

Anyway, iris and i have an idea; which is to have a class outing on this coming Thursday (Labour Day). We suppose most of us might be able to make it cos' there isn't any lessons or classes on that particular day.

Time: Afternoon 1pm?
Activity: Movie and meal

Hey i m Kia How.

1st time blogging.

Wat u see above is a picture with my class in NP.

They are a bunch of great guys, i m in the class 1M05 of the Biomedical Science course. Modules learnt now are simply sp interesting, sort of in depth learning of wat has been learnt in Sec Sch.

Bankrupt soon.... Haix... everyday go SIM n had lunch. So exp. >.<
No choice anw cos all lessons around those areas.

School life so far so good. Not so bad. @ least there is shuttle service which saves lots of time in travelling.

CCAs are so interesting. I chose archery cos its new to me?? Curious might b the reason i choose this CCA?? Hahas :)
The seniors are good people there but need buy my own equips... Haix.... go even more bankrupt.... $700 to $1000..... no choice all CCAs need spend ur own $$.

Trying to get a GPA with 3.5?? or even better 4.0?? Trying my best to get a diploma plus in Chemistry. Hahas :) Impossible??

Shall blog til here today. C u all in one day during outings?? Hope that day come real soon.

Well, it's a long time since I've visited this blog.
Mainly due to the abundant work I've been receiving in my JC.
I finally Blogged again because i decided to hack care about my tests and homework for tomorrow.
Well Don't follow my footsteps k?
Anyway, I've changed my blog to espanajessie.wordpress.com
Basically i decided to change my blogging environment.
My current class is fun, especially my PW group.
We spent most of our times gossiping about each other.
This is also a bad example.
But to those in Poly, close friends are hard to come by in poly, as all of you are vying for the same place in Uni. Prevent backstabbers esp those in those very competitive courses.
JC friends are much more innocent i guess. And we have diverse aspirations with 2 of my classmates wanting to be gynae. Medical School seem to be their first choice as always.
Anyway, IJC is populated with WRS ppl. 21 of the top class in WRS are in IJ with 5 in my class.
I look at them, i thought of you all.
Even though we weren't as bonded or has as much love chains as them, we were still a fun bunch of people.
To end off my blog, Can the Poly people please write down/blog on when your holidays are?
We sure need a gathering even if it isn't successful.

Hey guys, I'm here to blog about Mia Musica 2008.
It's really very different from the 1st Mia Musica. Cuz it's bigger and includes Dance.
Basically it's ALOT better. Especially the 2 MCs. I'm sure those who went will know.

Well, I liked the Chicago dance best. Siewyin was damn chio!!! Haha.
Unfortunately people sitting behind can't see her chio-ness.

I really having a hard time finding what else to say...
You have to be there to experience the ambience ya.
And that feeling is really unexplanable.
So Don't miss the next one ppl.
Anyway next year's MSL's 10th Anniversary, so should have some activities going on.

I wore a controversial outfit again. That's just me... One of these days u might see me wearing suits if tt becomes my style. I have weird fashion sense, but tts just me. I had to make my statement one way or the other so doesn't matter. ^^

Hello =) Jiale here, firstly, i have to thanks all the ppl who sent me off despite the early flight.
THANK YOU! Anyway, for those who don't know, i'm in Perth now currently studying at Curtin. I'm adapting to my environment, however, for those who are considering Perth as a future place to study in.. I won't comment too much, but let me say that it's a good place to go to if u really want to STUDY STUDY and STUDY.. lol.. i think u all get my point.. Secondly, for those who are going to the Mia Musical, i'm so envious, i wish i could go too, have been wanting to go since the previus one turned out to be a success.. Nevertherless, do take loads of pictures of class outings and the musical trn upload them k? Thanks. I miss the days we had classes together. Class Outing???

Let me start off by saying, I am disappointed with you guys.
Everytime we initiate an outing, most assume that it would be unsuccessful like past events.
Actually its due to these assumptions that events became unsuccessful.
This is unfair especially to those who planned activities especially for you all.
We want to gather everyone, ya? and share our lives all that.
Our Journey in MSL ended, but not our Friendship.
SO! Be Active!

Now. The Main thing.
Achievement day is held on 5th April 2008.
I plan to organise an outing after this since quite a number going Achievement Day.
We can meet 12pm at MSL and proceed to the venue of choice for our event/outing.
Also, We can meet our dear teachers and schoolmates during this time.
Maybe also collect our SGCs? [ TO BE CONFIRMED]
For the various activities we could do, please refer to annex A

hello everyone!!sry for not posting anything here until now coz i havent have anything to tell but i have a few pics to show u now. this is how the city looks like from the 40+ floor.

this is called Moomba festival which lasts for 4 days and they have fireworks at night but i didnt manage to watch it.It's like a normal fun fair with all the booth n rides,just that they have concerts n professional wakeboarders performing by the river. *i saw the fireworks, better than sg's national day??*

this was CNY here..lol abit weird without my family but was still bearable..i guess hahax.Anyway,this was taken from Crown casino hotel,only they have abit of the festive thing goin on other than chinatown.and the bigger lanterns are quite cool coz they have something inside it which i dont know how to explain..

and this is how Palmerston looks like.It's a row of terrace house and one house has abt 6 ppl living togather.However,ccp does not lives here, his place is across the street..

To solve the problem on the Malaysians going home late, Jessie propose that you all (malaysians) could have a sleepover at your friend's house.
E.g Ferry can go Jerome/Walter/Matthew house.
It would be fun to reunite with friends ya then chat all night.
However, if this plan not good for you then please arrange return transportation should we plan to go for the night performance.
The night performance would be more preferable due to the ambience and the atmosphere.

Anyway, my motive to write is to suggest for us to go for the afternoon slot for Mia Musica :D If we go for the evening show, some malaysians might not be able to make it since it ends at 9:30pm.

Mia Musica is back again this year! Tickets for the concert are already on sale. Don't miss out on this chance to watch our performing groups/CCAs as they perform songs and dances from the 1970's era. It is going to be a colourful, groovy and fun event!

There will be 2 shows for this year's event. Details are as follows:

Date: 29th March 2008 (Saturday)Venue: Victoria Concert Hall

Time and ticket price:

1) Afternoon concert: 2:30pm - 4:30pm, tickets at $10 each

2) Evening concert: 7:30pm - 9:30pm, tickets at $12 each

Tickets for the afternoon concert can be purchased from Mdm Muszalifa whereas the evening concert tickets can be purchased from Ms Tan Hwee Yen. So be sure to get your tickets now and join us on 29th March for an event to remember!

Is the college compound cool?? Unlike in singapore where it is like a concrete jungle, we actually have buildings which is like 70-100years old (actually i don't really know the history, but i know it is damn old from the look outside). =X I hoped it is as sturdy as it looks. =S

Heyyo fellas!

How's life for all of you out there? For all the JC peeps, please do not slack like you did during secondary school life ok, JC ain't for slackers! You chosed the path, you must complete it and give it whatever you've got ok! For the Polytechnic-ers, even though school will start only on the 14th of April, I do hope many of you are not wasting your time off like Yvonne and Me :xx Let's meet again in polytechnic, for those going Ngee Ann Poly ;D

My JC experience.

Well, let me start to share about my school life.
As you all know, I am in IJC for both PAE and JAE.
I loved IJC during PAE. I could really feel the sense of belonging to the school.
However, JAE changed everything and it's sort of like a restart to me.
Especially when considering that my current class is a mixture of 3 different combinations:
Physics Chemistry Maths Economics 4H2
Biology Chemistry Maths Economics 4H2
Physics Chemistry Maths 3H2 + H1 History
Although IJC promotes diversity in its teachings, I still feel that it would be hard to bond well with the new classmates.

In terms of academic, well consistency is quite important. Without hard work, you cannot yield anything. No preparation for tests will lead to dire consequences.
The contents of the first few chapters is already quite intense as compared to the Os.
I even considered to transfer to poly, since my results were much better suited for the course I wanted.
However, we can't just choose the "pressumed" easier route out right?
This was why I took up 4H2 subjects as well.

Anyway these are all my thoughts compressed in one post, so it's hard to really express out the real situation in a JC. Each person have different experience so, it's up to each's mindset.

We practically spent everyday together, going through those boring lessons.
But we still managed to survive, all thanks to you all.

CCP Send Off

On the 10th of Feburary, many of us witnessed the departure of our beloved classmate, Chu Phu a.k.a CCP/Pikachu/Chio Bu. About 20 of us and some from 2M2'05 went to Terminal 3 at about 6pm. Upon arriving, we met up with CCP and commenced the sendoff at the Kopitiam located at B2 of T3. Sadly, time passes by so fast that day. It was soon 8.20pm and CCP had to go. All of us gave our last wishes and unwillingly saw him pass the glass door. We left T3 with reluctance but keeping to our hearts that it's for CCP's well being.
